The couple visted Venice this month, ahead of a romantic trip to the Hamptons in New York.

The pair were rumoured to be engaged, but have both failed to confirm the news. Nicole has also not been pictured with any engagement bling. 

Maybe Lewis will officially pop the question this time around?
