Deeper Life Pastor Kumuyi Bans iPad And Android Devices At His Church

The founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi has banned the use of iPad and android devices used for reading the bible in his church.

The Encomium Weekly reports that the ban was effective a few weeks ago because members of the church use the devices pretending they are reading their bible but are surfing the web and not paying attention to the sermon.

Honestly, I think this is a good move as with observation, noticed that Christians are mostly guilty of it. I dare you to find a Muslim using an ipad at the Mosque, or a Jew using an ipad at the Synagogue. 

When my own Pastor explained the importance of keeping the Bible in the church, it made a lot of sense. The Bible is a holy boook, and ipad isn't and will never be. Also, you use your ipad for everything under the sun, but the bible serves one amazing purpose.

So what do you guys think? 
Would it be a good move, or bad move to ban ipads within churches?
